Return Policy

If the package is received as unsealed or damaged, then we will provide 100% refund or we will resend the new package as per the customer’s choice.

If any of the pack inside the box was unsealed, then we will process a 100% refund for the unsealed pack.

If any of the products are not in good condition, then we will process 100% refund.

Return Procedure

If you would like to request a refund, please email us at care@gowpaa.com within 2 days of receiving your order, clearly stating the reason for the request. If required, we may ask for a photo of the item within 24 hours of your email. Once we receive all the necessary details, your refund request will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days. We’re committed to making your refund process smooth and hassle-free.

Cancellation

Any of the orders placed with www.gowpaa.com will be subject to cancellation before shipping. Any cancellation request should reach us before the shipping of the products. This will not apply to custom-packed products that are packed especially for a customer. In such cases, the cancellation will not be entertained. If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%. Any refund request will get processed within a day of accepting the cancellation policy.
